Have you ever thought, why your boss is under more stress than you? Answer may be clear to most of us who works for some one.
We think the work given to us is only for completing the task, but boss thinks that you have been given task to complete it and the same has to be used by him for presentation in front of others to whom he is answerable.

See you worked, you understand the work, you understand the importance, you can start in between also. But the same cannot be done by your boss, means he cannot master because he was not involved in the work done, he need to study more than you to deliver at the level you deliver. Means to present a project o work done by you is difficult for other to present than its for you.
In other words it means that senior of your boss if he or she doesn’t get themselves involved in work told to you, then they will have bad time on filed with this work. So will be under more stress.
Moral of the story is – Get involved in the work and get less stress. Its applicable to all, as senior you will have junior today or tomorrow. So don’t allow the stress to kill you get involved and get rid of stress. Good Luck
