Who told you that addiction is bad? Parents? Friends? Teacher? Anyone most of the times they are correct, but have you ever thought you can develop addiction to good things, that can make you happier, richer or good addict.
How to develop good addiction? It may look as a stupid idea but it remains a fact that if you develop you a good addiction then your output will be more than one without it. So to start with I would advice you to focus on your day to day habits and acts which make you more satisfied or relaxed. If you were able to locate the most relaxing or satisfying daily activity then you are half way through. Now its time to act – you need to daily feed to your mind with your requirement, and try to practice it on daily basis. If you can’t do it on daily basis then at least do it as frequently as possible so that your good addiction grows as much as you want.
Don’t get fooled by the simplicity of this formula to develop good addiction. Try it to believe then tell me what you feel. Give at least 6 to 8 weeks time to see effects.

Bad craving does it exist? If you think that “bad” exist then bad craving has to be there. So how to stop it? Few simple steps may help you to get rid of bad craving.
First Step to stop bad craving: – Locate it
Think as if you are not you, in other words be neutral and then decide what you consider as bad craving. Take social norms you living in and mix with humanity, if any of your craving goes against the good combination of the humanity and social norms then it is bad craving.
Second Step to stop bad craving: – Plan to kill it
Plan to succeed other wise your success will remain a dream. Once you have located your craving that is bad, you need to make up your mind to get rid of it, if you don’t make up your mind then you may not be able to achieve anything. If your mental make up is ready to get rid then you plan it depending on which type of craving you have physical or mental (psychological). If you have mental or psychological craving then you just need to decide to stop the craving to get rid of it, if it is physical then don’t stop it even if you decide to stop without professional advice and care (you may land up in emergency room due to abruptly stopping physical craving). Then plan to treat your mind with incentive for cooperating with you after stopping craving. It may be cup of coffee, ice cream, going out for dinner or even watching a movie.
Third Step to stop bad Craving – Execute it
If you have read step two correctly you have a plan to get rid of craving. Just don’t worry execute it, see the difference in life. Good luck to get rid “Bad Craving”

Very bad at the same time important thing in life “thats time wasting”.
Your success depends upon how much you are able to minimize time waste. After all, what is this time waste? Can you explain to your self, if you can’t then you are not planning your time usage. See, if any one plans his time then he knows what is time management.
Simple way to minimize time wasting is by just planning it to “how to use?”.
Just Take out a paper make three columns
weekdays (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday…Saturday) in first column, second column your daily activities as per weekdays and in third column write about amount of time you required for each. Be realistic, don’t for sake of writing because it is your base to plan. Once you have done this you actually know how much time you need to use every day.
And I can tell you if you focus and plan you can increase your productivity at least by 200% even after spending good amount of time with your family or near and dear ones.
