How to stop losing confidence is a big question for those who are losing it rather than for those who have not lost it. If you are one who is losing or lost then consider these points before you think anything other than running away from the battle field.</p>
<p>Most of don&#8217;t know when lost or losing because we don&#8217;t know how we gained it. If we start analysing what we can do about it first thing to do is analyse your life and jot down your strong points in life along with weak points. Once you have done that you know how you built that strong point and why it has became your strong point and same way weak points.</p>
<p>Most of the time it is because we have knowledge of the strong points and practicing them and reverse is true with weak points. But here is a catch even with strong points sometimes we have lost confidence, that’s because we the situation was stronger than our skill and commitment. If we get them back on track half the battle is won. So get ready to get back your lost pride with confidence.</p>

<p>First of all what is confidence?</p>
<p>Literally speaking means</p>
<p>1)    Trust or faith in a person or thing.</p>
<p>2)    A trusting relationship: I took them into my confidence.</p>

<p>Practically Its all about believing in ones own ability and achiving the targets with those abilitites. This is what we lose when we lose confidence. But the</p>
<p>Question is why, why we are so fragile in life?</p>
<p>We are used to achieving targets easily without much work and whole system makes even a confident person in the same way by providing poor training and easy</p>
<p>options. If this is the way the system then most us are vulnerable to losing confidence.So for a healthy society system should make arrangements for</p>
<p>personality development in which confidence is integral part.</p>

Try to consult you health professional or concerned professional authority before changing any matter pertaining to your life which you may feel is important in your life.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p>Ok Coming back to topic of today, white color supposed to be one which promotes peace. SO when ever you need a mind with peace use white cloths (See every one knows white cloth is good in summers, so here I am not covering the scientific part). Black is considered as royal color, meaning it absorbs so many non-senses, so when ever you want to be generous to others wear black dress. Black has many other effects also but important effect is sufficient. Green indicative of prosperity use it when you want be naturally fresh. Saffron (orangish) color is indicative of sacrifice so when ever in a mood of giveaway ten use orange color.<o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">There is no end to describe the effects of cloth color on life on day to day basis. So simplest thing to notice here is different color has difference mood effect so try hem and choose them. Have wonderful colorful life.<span>  </span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><o:p></o:p>Who told you that addiction is bad? Parents? Friends? Teacher? Anyone most of the times they are correct, but have you ever thought you can develop addiction to good things, that can make you happier, richer or good addict.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p>How to develop good addiction? It may look as a stupid idea but it remains a fact that if you develop you a good addiction then your output will be more than one without it. So to start with I would advice you to focus on your day to day habits and acts which make you more satisfied or relaxed. If you were able to locate the most relaxing or satisfying daily activity then you are half way through. Now its time to act &#8211; you need to daily feed to your mind with your requirement, and try to practice it on daily basis. If you can&#8217;t do it on daily basis then at least do it as frequently as possible so that your good addiction grows as much as you want.<o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Don&#8217;t get fooled by the simplicity of this formula to develop good addiction. Try it to believe then tell me what you feel. Give at least 6 to 8 weeks time to see effects.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Think as if you are not you, in other words be neutral and then decide what you consider as bad craving. Take social norms you living in and mix with humanity, if any of your craving goes against the good combination of the humanity and social norms then it is bad craving.<o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Second Step to stop bad craving: &#8211; Plan to kill it<o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Plan to succeed other wise your success will remain a dream. Once you have located your craving that is bad, you need to make up your mind to get rid of it, if you don&#8217;t make up your mind then you may not be able to achieve anything. If your mental make up is ready to get rid then you plan it depending on which type of craving you have physical or mental (psychological). If you have mental or psychological craving then you just need to decide to stop the craving to get rid of it, if it is physical then don&#8217;t stop it even if you decide to stop without professional advice and care (you may land up in emergency room due to abruptly stopping physical craving). Then plan to treat your mind with incentive for cooperating with you after stopping craving.<span>  </span>It may be cup of coffee, ice cream, going out for dinner or even watching a movie.<o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Third Step to stop bad Craving &#8211; Execute it<o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">If you have read step two correctly you have a plan to get rid of craving. Just don&#8217;t worry execute it, see the difference in life. Good luck to get rid &#8220;Bad Craving&#8221;</p>

<p>Your success depends upon how much you are able to minimize time waste. After all, what is this time waste? Can you explain to your self, if you can&#8217;t then you are not planning your time usage. See, if any one plans his time then he knows what is time management.</p>
<p>Simple way to minimize time wasting is by just planning it to &#8220;how to use?&#8221;.</p>
<p>Just Take out a paper make three columns</p>
<p>weekdays (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday&#8230;Saturday) in first column, second column your daily activities as per weekdays and in third column write about amount of time you required for each. Be realistic, don&#8217;t for sake of writing because it is your base to plan. Once you have done this you actually know how much time you need to use every day.</p>
<p>And I can tell you if you focus and plan you can increase your productivity at least by 200% even after spending good amount of time with your family or near and dear ones.</p>

Ok if not first let me get it clear for you. See desire is one thing that drives human from inside for any work. But when this desire start working on human involuntarily then it takes the name craving, in other words desire&#8217;s extreme positive aspect is craving. So anyone having a craving means that he or she is having strong desire for the same.</p>
<p>So this desire or craving can be enemy or friend of human mankind depending up on the desire anyone is having. Example an desire for money can be disastrous at the same time it can be most innovative moment of someone’s life depending on the type of work he or she choose to make money.</p>
<p>That means it can act both ways, depending upon the mode of action or type of action mankind will be affected. Some wise person told, &#8221; Desire is the root cause of sorrow&#8221;, but if you don&#8217;t have desire then what is your motivational factor? So have good desires or craving and achieve much more than what you think is possible in your lifetime.</p>

Yes it takes less than five minutes to understand the simple formula for happier life but implementation of the same may take many more minutes to years depending on YOU.</p>
<p>Life becomes sorrowful or stressful depending what we do or what we think. But same things came give better results or outputs if you are prepared for it. Everyone knows that everyone cannot be prepared for every thing in ones life time, but every one is worried about the outcome of every thing hey come across.</p>
<p>So simple formula for happier life goes this way.</p>
<p>Step one<br />Stop thinking about the things where you cannot do anything &#8211; like rain, sunrise, temp outside your home or office etc or for that matter somebody else&#8217;s action</p>
<p>Step two<br />Plan for long term and act for short term &#8211; Means plan for few years not for life and act for short terms means days not minutes. Do all your work this way</p>
<p>Step Three<br />Prepare for the worst outcome and get ready for best outcome. Meaning prepare an alternate plan if your action brings in a worst thing and plan for celebration if you get max out of your action.</p>
<p>Step four<br />When compromise on your family or personal life for others work until it is life saving or world saving action</p>
<p>Step Five<br />Never give away every thing to others in anticipation &#8211; it is applicable to every aspect of life, let it be money secrets, property, knowledge</p>
<p>Step Six<br />Prepare for Securing all you have in unfortunate departure &#8211; including you dear ones life, your money, your knowledge etc</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Life is dull, life is boring, monotonous life is so boring and so on is the usual cribbing of many in life. But ultimately one thing remains unanswered there are so many people on this earth who feel is life evergreen and vibrant and goes on and on. They even enjoy their life to max and they are never bothered about the disgusting thinking of dull life. Why this dichotomy in life? Have you ever thought about this? If not think today and think about this to change the way you live your life.</p>
<p>I have undergone these many a times but I discovered that only one thing that changes the life is &#8220;YOU&#8221; yes that is you nobody else.</p>
<p>You may be thinking what is this, how can this be possible and many more things you think as possibilities. But fact remains same it is YOU who matters no body else. Because its your life and only you can think about your self from your angle everyone else think about you in their angle rather than from yours so its you who matters not anyone else, not even your wife or parents or kids.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t ask me that &#8220;it means wife/ husband, parents, kids are of no consequence&#8221;. Who told that they are of no consequence in your life, they are all having their own limits and so they have limited effect on you. You life depends on how &#8220;YOU&#8221; take them rather than what they have done to YOU.</p>
<p>So if you want life to be vibrant, joyful, lively then change your mind set and see difference in your life. Wait for me in next post, I will show you how simple it is to change the mind set and become happier than what you are.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes last time I spoke about the friendship in a negative aspect, but this time I am talking to you in an positive aspect of the same topic. You may be one of them who have lot of friends and using your time to keep up your friendship intact by doing one or the other thing for them. But have you ever thought how much time you are using to keep up your friendship? Do you thing the amount of time and energy (I an not even talking about money) spent on this is worth or you don&#8217;t know?</p>
<p>Then see here how you can maximize the things and save much more time and energy.</p>
<p>You have to first take a notepad and pen/ pencil of noting purpose. List your friends in your first column. Next column make a point to list number of hours you use for the friends against each name of first column. Third column list the important events you missed for friend or not committing your time family at the same time. Now the important column, list out the friendship motto you have with the friend you spend time.</p>
<p>Just four columns to analyze but you make a fifth column for action. What is this action? This is the most important aspect of this whole exercise. Once you have written the list of friends and the time spent against each and loss or potential loss you had due the same, you have to decide first the loss and spent time are worth what it is or a loss.</p>
<p>Once you decide that has been a loss then this is time for redefining your friendship. How to redefine friendship? Its easy and at the same time difficult. Say you have a so called friend at office and you think that he or she is essential for you work to go smoothly, so made a friendship and spending time. But now you decide whether is the person who is the cause for the loss really worth the time you have spent. Because most of the times you work is specified and limited by law and rules of any organization, but we think that we have been burdened so takes others help and then we think they are essential for our work. In other words first redefine your work and cut the helps you require and make a trial to work independently. If you succeed to do it then you don&#8217;t require help so it becomes easy to you redefine the friendship and more fruitful days are spent with the friends worth your time, most important friends will be your family members. Think about this and take action and enjoy more time with your true friends.</p>
