I love information age for its speed and targeted reach with minimum cost, but it comes with package of drawbacks. But unfortunately its a fact in this world only those who has access to internet can have this info as and when they want but those who don’t have this luxury then they are at loss.

Think about the world which has the accessibility to this info still faces so many problem in getting accurate info because this world of information hides so much for the sake of premium even the person or projects who are giving away free valuable information are looked at with suspicion.

Even the Authority websites don’t give complete information on so many subjects because of what ever the reason, search engines in the name of there own algorithm and business interest don’t give away the actual words people are searching for & the information provider who don’t want to give good information and make a buck plays around the algorithm of search engines to make this info world more jumbled up & add to to suspicious infoseekers’s confusion.

Keeping in view these confusing and intermixing interests of different people make this life on info world beautiful and engaging at the same time keep the level of suspicion high in informed people and sometime mislead people without this knowledge.

Latest entry to confusion and info is SOPA or what ever the act people supporting and opposing. Both sides has its plus and minus aspect. Till the community sets its own standard it will remains as a confused suspicious world.

Medical Bias – right or wrong, may be controversial to even ask this question. There is some thing wrong with choosing patients for treatment as per doctors preference. It is something very unusual for most of the common people, they may not even know that law permit doctor to choose there patient.

Yes the same law may not be applicable to emergency and all areas of medical practice but in most of the private systems it is applicable directly or indirectly. Most painful place to see this is where the right to choose patient is not applicable, there if you look from inside the transparency is lacking while choosing the patient for particular level of patient care.

Even though it may be hurting to those who practice it but there has to be transparency in system which has limited resource just because some one with so called links and influence on the system getting preference over others, is at least for me looks unusually shameful as a human ( at least I am not claiming I am 100% prefect but I try to give my best to practice the same).

At the end of the day are we fulfilling the oath we took at the starting of our profession! YES the same old “Hippocratic oath” or the modified modern version of the same.

Just heart felt emotion for a patient who is helpless in front of this nontransparent illogically created professional MONSTER, and waiting for more transparent and logically & ethically built system.

It is a very basic question which is still a question to most of us even of after so many years of life experience. Every one of us has some extra with in us – you may argue that, but the fact will never change. If you ever thought why you think differently than your brother sister or for that matter parents from whom you have learnt the basic nature of life and still practicing the life at least in basic mode same as your parents.

You may say – I never liked the way my elders lived there life at home, that’s why I am staying separate. But if you analyze it properly you learnt the way of life as you parents thought you but you as an individual felt that’s not the correct way so moved away form that. Means your experience or in scientific language learned reflexes says that the mode of life you experienced needs change so you do the things differently or in different direction. so you are doing it that way you want.

So you understood your self in your childhood in a subconscious state but never understood your self in a conscious state as an adult that’s the major factor for your failure to understand your self. It may look small for you at this moment but that’s not the end of the story; its the beginning for the sad story where you live your every day life in sorrow and fail to communicate to the beautiful world that your also beautiful creation of god as others are.

This argument never ends but I will try to write how to put effort to understand your self shortly in this blog. Till then take care.

Empathy :- You feel others situation in their own position and try to understand and help or advice.

Sympathy :- You actually have a opinion about others situation depending on your relation with that person and the perception of the situation with your experience.

This post is not about the definitions of these but it is all about the cost you are going to pay of having any one them. Actually speaking you may not bother about others situation which will not cost you anything. But life is like a wheel it turns and sometime it will stop in front of you where you have to act other wise you may lose so many things; this basic fear makes human a social animal who cares for at least his fellow friends and family or community members.

Costliest option among three

Don’t Care – No cost

Sympathy – Some Cost

Empathy – Costliest

First option no explanation needed. Second one most of the time your sympathy stops at the level of your experience in life and relations. So it can never be costlier than empathy; which is by nature gets maximum out of you as you are feeling the situation as the actual person in that situation.

This is not a rocket science but there is some lesson to learn from this, you can be empathetic to others but be careful in helping because the person who cannot make use of your help and get good things out of life can take you into deep troubles. If you still cannot understand this post just post your doubts in comments I will try to answer them.

Good Luck

Don’t wonder what is this post is all about. This is every simple line I ever thought in recent times but this is the most toughest words we ever achieve in its purest form.

Ok!! they are here

Love

Knowledge

Money

Power

This life is full of materials which are in one or the other way required to lead life in good way. But think about these words you will be amazed how dull this life without these. But unfortunately these words what they mean to each one of us is totally different, that’s why it also carry different meaning and weightage as per situation you and me are in.

As I mentioned earlier these things are very difficult to get in there purest forms. If you can get these then you can be rest assured that your life is near salvation point. Which you may not want to meet so early because you are enjoying the real beauty of these four words in their purest forms.

Be warned while playing with these words and try to be slightly away from their purest form.

happy reading and life

Shouting?????

Are you doing it day in day out because your boss is not recognizing your work work and not even ready to say he or she has this work or your subordinates not listening to your command?

Take it easy because you are not achieving anything by shouting, except asking for unwanted enemies, like coronary artery disease , hypertension and other lifestyle disorder’s entry into your life.

If you really think about shouting in real sense, you are not going to achieve anything by do it. Because the things need to be done are need to be done. Until and unless the person doing is not convinced that the work has to be done he or she will not be doing the same, in other words your losing your temperament and losing friends that’s it nothing else.

As explained earlier if you don’t want those enemies at your door step kindly just stop shouting at your work place or at home and just see in 1 week how much peace of mind you will get and how much productivity increases.

Take care, keep smiling and stop shouting.

Team building is the one of the most important factors of success for any organization. Even if you think you are not the owner of any organization still you have some team at your own level, its only matter of way you think about team. Its fact believe it or not but that’s the fact.

If you still have doubt that you are not working as any team, then just analyze the situation I am quoting below if you still believe that you are not in a team then I fail you to convince that human is a social ANIMAL.

Situation

small shop keeper runs a retail shop on his own he brings the article he is selling from the wholesale market on his own and arranging the shop and making business on his own. He also takes timely break as per his schedule. In other words he is running an one man show. Now you may say “where is the team?”

Just analyze it, he goes to market for his daily shop needs and he has to do bargain and make some compromise here and there to gain more profit and continue his daily activities. Here he needs support at home front by his spouse and he need to be a regular customer at wholesale shop so that he gets max out of his efforts and even he needs support for one or the other smaller jobs from friends or daily wages worker.

If you see here if he makes a team with a wrong person – may be wife, may be wholesaler or daily wage worker then his profit going to drop significantly, in other words he is losing is efforts potential benefits.

If you believe in getting maximum out of your business or work then consider building a team with in what ever is available to you. Even if you are working in an organization still use your skill to build a team which can help you to get maximum from any situation. All you need to do is understand your weakness and get those people into your team who are strong in your areas of weakness. so that your team will be stronger from all aspects.

By enlarge this means just build good team and get maximum benefit out of any situation.

Stop losing it

How to stop losing confidence is a big question for those who are losing it rather than for those who have not lost it. If you are one who is losing or lost then consider these points before you think anything other than running away from the battle field.

Most of don’t know when lost or losing because we don’t know how we gained it. If we start analyzing what we can do about it first thing to do is analyze your life and jot down your strong points in life along with weak points. Once you have done that you know how you built that strong point and why it has became your strong point and same way weak points.

Most of the time it is because we have knowledge of the strong points and practicing them and reverse is true with weak points. But here is a catch even with strong points sometimes we have lost confidence, that’s because we the situation was stronger than our skill and commitment. If we get them back on track half the battle is won. So get ready to get back your lost pride with confidence.

Why we lose confidence so easily?

First of all what is confidence?

Literally speaking means

1) Trust or faith in a person or thing.

2) A trusting relationship: I took them into my confidence.

3)

(a) That which is confided; a secret: A friend does not betray confidences.

(b) A feeling of assurance that a confidant will keep a secret: I am telling you this in strict confidence.

4) A feeling of assurance, especially of self-assurance.

5) The state or quality of being certain: I have every confidence in your ability to succeed

Practically Its all about believing in ones own ability and achieving the targets with those abilities. This is what we lose when we lose confidence. But the

Question is why, why we are so fragile in life?

We are used to achieving targets easily without much work and whole system makes even a confident person in the same way by providing poor training and easy

options. If this is the way the system then most us are vulnerable to losing confidence. So for a healthy society system should make arrangements for

personality development in which confidence is integral part.

We will see next post how to stop losing it
