This life is full of materials which are in one or the other way required to lead life in good way. But think about these words you will be amazed how dull this life without these. But unfortunately these words what they mean to each one of us is totally different, that’s why it also carry different meaning and weightage as per situation you and me are in.

As I mentioned earlier these things are very difficult to get in there purest forms. If you can get these then you can be rest assured that your life is near salvation point. Which you may not want to meet so early because you are enjoying the real beauty of these four words in their purest forms.

Be warned while playing with these words and try to be slightly away from their purest form.

Team Building – put some effort gain max results

Team building is the one of the most important factors of success for any organization. Even if you think you are not the owner of any organization still you have some team at your own level, its only matter of way you think about team. Its fact believe it or not but that’s the fact.

If you still have doubt that you are not working as any team, then just analyze the situation I am quoting below if you still believe that you are not in a team then I fail you to convince that human is a social ANIMAL.

Situation

small shop keeper runs a retail shop on his own he brings the article he is selling from the wholesale market on his own and arranging the shop and making business on his own. He also takes timely break as per his schedule. In other words he is running an one man show. Now you may say “where is the team?”

Just analyze it, he goes to market for his daily shop needs and he has to do bargain and make some compromise here and there to gain more profit and continue his daily activities. Here he needs support at home front by his spouse and he need to be a regular customer at wholesale shop so that he gets max out of his efforts and even he needs support for one or the other smaller jobs from friends or daily wages worker.

If you see here if he makes a team with a wrong person – may be wife, may be wholesaler or daily wage worker then his profit going to drop significantly, in other words he is losing is efforts potential benefits.

If you believe in getting maximum out of your business or work then consider building a team with in what ever is available to you. Even if you are working in an organization still use your skill to build a team which can help you to get maximum from any situation. All you need to do is understand your weakness and get those people into your team who are strong in your areas of weakness. so that your team will be stronger from all aspects.

By enlarge this means just build good team and get maximum benefit out of any situation.

Short Cut to success

Hi
Today its my second post on my blog. Reason being I am free for posting today. I would like to share one important post on one of my favorite blogs. In the post author wrote it as “30 day to success”, on his blog.

This is one of the good posts I have ever read. Why you know? because when ever you want to inculcate a new habit for good then just follow the steps mentioned in that post then you will understand the importance.

You may after reading the post feel, there are so many things that not for your society or culture – how to go about it? easiest way is use yourself and make a notes first.

How to make notes ?

Take a notepad (paper or virtual)
marker
make two columns
first column write what ever told on the blog link I have given above
second column know use your experience and select the best alternate

Why do we affraid to dream big?

Other I was telling about “why we fear to fail?” on this blog, today I want to tell about “why we fear to dream big?”, it may not be a big issue at all for most of us. You know why, we never felt dreaming big is an issue of importance. We fail to dream high and big, because we don’t want to spoil our routine activities.

Just think an example today you are earning a salary of 20000 bucks, but you want 30000 bucks per month. To achieve it at least once you should dream what is all about then only you will be able take on the task to increase your salary.

When you don’t dream you will not have any motivation and once you don’t have motivation you will not be able to carryout your plans in the most crisis full situation. So complete your requirement / dream you need motivation, work ethic and carrying on dreams even in toughest times. So until you dream big you will never be able to carry on & on. If you need to improve your life first dream it and then plan and execution of the plan.
