Why a Lady cannot be = Gentleman? I asked this question to many and received varied answers. But when I compare my views 15 years back and today its a total contrast, even though I remained on the happier side throughout. My experience 15 years back was different compared to today. I am afraid that this post may go very long (I will try to sat as crispy as possible).

Lady cannot be = Gentleman

just see how the words are written, I could have written it as lady = gentleman, true or false. But I have not written the statement with a ? to ignite the self within you. You may be lady or gentleman but will have your own opinion for this question, but my intention is to say what I felt rather then creating a controversy.

Here we go “how to maximize happiness by Killing gender bias”

So many time a male think he is superior to female by mere fact that he has more musculature because of testosterone hormone. Each and every gov tries to prove both are equal, but fails at grassroots level because of the teachings a child receive from his or her elders , teachers, seniors and off course the great society. Who ever may claim anything there is still a stigma of gender bias left over in most of the societies., it may be varying in the level of bias.

Why we do so?

May be because we are seeing and learning things which are shown to us and then try to analyze the situation on what we learn rather than a neutral analyzing system. Don’t ask me here that “means all decisions are biased due to what we learned in past”. In one way that’s the fact, so if with the things learned in past acts an catalyst to your thinking force to move you towards the neutral position of gender bias then you can think you learned and learning the correct things.

I will bore you, just imagine you have 3 colleagues how are ladies in a working station where ten people work. You are a male, so effectively (if you remain neutral) you have 6 on male side and three on female side. If you are able to reciprocate to male as a friend without love and lust then you have 66% on your side, and if you behave same with ladies then you have 99 to 100% on your side, which is very unlikely. So be neutral in treating people as far as gender is considered, then you will hardly have any blocks or rough surface in working station and that gives to so much time to operate or work at working station you will hardly require extra time to finish your job. Once you finished your job then you have got good amount of time to spend with family and friends.

If you follow the zero gender bias even at home and public places you will be leveraging many things that make you happier and more productive than ever. Think about it before doing gender bias again.
